During remarks made at the Rio+20 and Women’s Lives: A Cross-generational Dialogue event organised by Climate Wise Women and the Center for Environment and Population, Mary Robinson said:
“The face of climate is a woman farmer and she is hurting. Climate is a human rights issue. Food is a right. Health is a right. We must seek climate justice.”
