In an interview with BBC Newsday Mary Robinson said the USA risks being treated as a “rogue state” if it reneges on its commitments under the Paris Agreement.
The rest of the world is moving forward on climate action, she said, adding that there was a steadiness among those attending the UN climate change negotiations in December as the Agreement moves to implementation stage.
